Need a small website explaining what you or your company does? Want something that people can read and understand easily without all the bells and whistles? Then we might be able to help you out. Our amateur web designers will work with you to build a small website that complements you. Once it's built, we'll find the best host for your money and get it thrown on the 'net.

Have you ever ran your own network cable? Well, we don't expect you to, 'cause that's our job! We'll run network cables wherever they have to be run. And if it's between buildings and too far for the standard CAT5E run, then we'll even help you out with running fiber!

Documentation of Existing Infrastructure

Several years ago you paid some kid a couple hundred bucks to install some computers or a small network, and five years later you have no idea what goes where or what that funky looking thing in the corner is. Not a problem. RRCC will come down and document everything. We will map our your network, keep records of everything that you have, and we'll even update it in the future if you wish!

Emergency Restoration Services

This is alike to the normal system backup and restoration service that we offer, but this goes the extra mile. When you opt for the Emergency Restoration Services, we will build a backup of your computers as they are when you first got them. These images will be stored on our own backup servers. When you run into an emergency and need a restore, we can have you up and running in less than two hours! Please note that there is a recurring monthly fee for this service.

Hardware Installation

Just bought a brand new piece of hardware and forgot to ask us for advice? No problem. If you are afraid or unsure of how to install it, then RRCC is the place for you. We'll stop by, look at the hardware, look at your computer, and determine whether or not it's doable. If it is, we'll install it physically and we'll take care of the drivers and configuration of the hardware.

Helpdesk

Have a simple question that you wish someone out there could answer? RRCC would like to help you out as much as we possible can. Go ahead and give us a call or an email with your question, and we'll do our best to get back to you the next day, if not the same day!

Network Infrastructure Design and Implementation

Maybe you don't even have a network of PC's. If you have a couple PC's and you wish to get more from them, a network will most definitely be in your future. RRCC will work with you in order to design a network that fits you. It'll fit your building, and your budget. Once designed, we take care of the implementation. From start to finish we take care of all the finer details so you don't have to!

Operating System Reload

One day you turned on your computer and, to your horror, Windows would not start. It might be time for a reload. Or, your computer has been running sluggish. We know it's not spyware because you already called us about that. It might be time for a reload. An Operating System Reload (OSR) involves us taking your legal copy of Windows and reinstalling it from your disc. This will erase everything off your harddrive, so before doing this we would also have to perform a system backup for you. After the reload, we would restore all of your data just as it was, and help you install all of your old applications. RRCC doesn't consider the case closed until you say it is.

Security Scanning and Hardening

We here about companies all over the world being hacked into and the information stolen and sold. Has it happened to you? Probably not. Want to make sure that it doesn't? We at RRCC know that you need to be as secure as possible. We will use specialized software to scan your network both internally and externally, looking for any and all possible security exploits. After scanning we will provide you with a detailed report so that you can see what we're actually talking about. Then we harden the system. Stronger passwords, updates, etc... We will do whatever it takes to make your system more secure.

Software Installation

Afraid of installing some software that you either bought or found on the internet? Think it might hose your system? Let RRCC help you then. We'll look at your software, test it on one of our own machines to see the results, then we'll take care of installing it on your machine. Depending on the software, we might even be able to train you in it's use!

Spyware Removal and Hardening

Spyware is probably the most common problem plagueing the average home user and small business user in the realm of technology. We at RRCC understand that you cannot be productive when obtrusive advertisements begin popping up all over your computer. After all, it's your computer, not somebody elses. In order to clean your system we will go through several standardized procedures which ensures that all spyware is cleansed from the system. We will then throw in additional safeguards which will help ensure that you remain spyware free!

System Backup and Restoration

Backing up your personal data from your computer is a process that experts agree on, yet not many people take them seriously. RRCC takes them seriously. We will use expert software to make snapshots of your computer for a full restoration, or we can backup specific things - your choice. We'll leave you with your backup for you safekeeping. When you need to run the restore, just let us know and we'll help you through it.

System Building and Deployment

Ever wonder where companies get a huge order of workstations built that are exactly the same, and then they all of a sudden appear on your desk one day? Well, we at RRCC are capable of just that. We will build you a specific computer, or several computers, and we'll also take care of all the deployment issues and needs. We evaluate the needs of each individual client in order to come up with the perfect system that meets every last one of their needs.

Viral Infection Removal and Hardening

As with spyware, a person or company is unable to be productive when a rampant virus is manhandling all of their computers. RRCC offers a basic viral cleanup in which we will perform cleansing scans from several well-known anti-virus services. That's the removal stage. The hardening stage involves the end user and us, in which we will discuss how to deal with virii in the future. Future infestations can be avoided by purchasing an anti-virus program, which we will advise you on.
